We train with purpose, not pressure. Each program follows a 3-phase cycle:

Do I need to be an experienced runner?

Not at all! HEJJE welcomes all β€” from first-time walkers to seasoned marathoners. We start from your current level and build gradually.

How are the training plans shared?

Weekly schedules and strength routines are shared directly on our WhatsApp group, along with guidance and check-ins.

Where do the runs take place?

Group runs are usually held at scenic, safe routes across the city β€” mostly early mornings on weekends.

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, based on your chosen program format (3, 6, or 12 months). You’ll get all details during your initial coach discussion.
